Early Life: Angie was born in LA to actor Jon Voight and
Marcheline Bertrand, who split up in 1976. At 11 she enrolled at the Lee
Strasberg Theatre Institute for two years to learn acting.

At 14 she dropped out of acting classes and apparently
dreamed of being a funeral director, but returned to theatre studies and
graduated.
