your ex : “So glad I found your TXB
program… I started with “I’m thinking about…” and he
totally took the bait.
Thank you so much for your great program!”
The author walks you through every thing you
need to know about making your first porn movie, and then getting the film
sold. ..This book is helping me realize my dream.
When people hear the titles of my novels, they tend to think they’re
filled with hot sex scenes. I admit, these titles are slightly misleading.
Yet, on the other hand, they’re completely appropriate. And that’s why
I’m posting here -- to clear this situation up.
Her “thoughts while she’s having sex”? Ummm… well, for example,
she wonders what her family would think if they knew she was “doing it.”
She hears her sister laughing at her. Wonders if she looks like an idiot.
That sort of thing.
My second novel Are
You in the Mood? is about an actress-turned-mom who’s
totally bummed out over taking care of her newborn baby. Is she in the
mood?
Then there’s my third novel, The
Art of Undressing. That’s about an ex-stripper’s
daughter who doesn’t feel comfortable naked.
My new novel? You
Could Do Better is about a curator at the Museum of
Television and Radio who’s engaged to be married, but sex with her
fiancé is mediocre and she’d rather watch TV.
Is there a theme here?
Maybe you’re heard of chicklit and all the subcategories like momlit,
ladylit, wedding lit, glamlit, multicultural lit…
Well, I have come to realize that perhaps my novels could all fall into
their own category: sexual anxiety lit.
Yes, all my novels seem to be about women who have some sort of problem
with their sex life.
It seems like we’d all like to come off, on the surface, as if we know
what we’re doing in bed and we’re having a great time doing it. But I
think everyone has some sort of hang up when it comes to sex. Some people
might worry they’re not getting enough, while others might worry they’re
doing it too much. Some might worry they aren’t doing it the right way…
others might worry they haven’t tried every position possible...
The potential for anxiety is unlimited. The potential for storylines is
probably unlimited too!
Daphne
Wells tells herself being glued to the TV counts as research for her job at
the Museum of Television and Radio. But the truth is, as much as she's
looking forward to a future with her fiancé, their sex life just isn't
ready for prime time. What if she can do better?
Camille
Chaplin, a struggling actress living in the East Village, is suddenly playing
the role of her life— as a breastfeeding, Upper East Side mom who's
pretending she gave up on her ambitions.
Jennifer
Ward's play about her older sister, who committed suicide, is being produced
Off Off Broadway. Can she face her demons and compete for the love of the
play's director with the actress who reminds her so much of her sister?
