K-Fed's Lawyer Says No Sex video Tape Exists

Although we're not exactly sure we believe this, Kevin
Federline's lawyer says there is no sex tape of Fed Ex with Britney that was
shot during their honeymoon two years ago.
K-Fed's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has slammed rumors that
the pop princess' soon-to-be ex- husband tried to sell a homemade X-rated movie
for up to $120 million, and insists the alleged footage, of the couple romping
on their honeymoon, does not exist.
Kaplan told "Access Hollywood," "While this
is endemic of countless false and inaccurate stories that have made their way
into the media regarding Kevin, his marriage to Britney and the divorce
proceedings which they are presently going through, I want to put this issue to
rest once and for all. There is not a sex video of Kevin and Britney in
existence. It goes without saying that the stories of Kevin attempting to sell
such a video are patently false and anyone who reports that they have
information of such attempts is either lying or reporting the lie of someone
else."
BritBrit, 24, was said to be fuming after K-Fed reportedly
threatened to sell the video to online porn mogul David Hans Schmidt. To prevent
him from making a reported $150 million, she apparently decided to give the hot
tape away for free.
The pair married in 2004. BritBrit filed for divorce
earlier this month and is seeking
custody of their two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Spears is reportedly planning to leak a video tape of her having sex with Kevin
Federline.
The pop princess hopes that releasing the tape will stop her estranged
husband from profiting from their Honeymoon movie.
Celebrity porn merchant David Hans Schmidt has already offered £55 million to a
man claiming to have a digital copy of the sex tape.
But the Toxic singer is considering leaking the 45-minute film on the internet
in a move which would make all copies worthless.
Her close friend and confidante Nyla Price says, "Brit figures she'll beat
that sucker to the punch.
"Half of nothing is nothing, and that's what her lying skank of a husband
will get if she gives that video away before he can find some sleazeball to buy
it."

Born in Fresno, California, Federline is noted for his marriage to
American dance-pop superstar Britney Spears. They married on September
18, 2004. Federline previously
dated actress Shar Jackson, with whom he has two children. Kevin and
Shar's daughter, Kori, was born on July 31, 2002, and their son, Kaleb,
was born on July 20, 2004. He has also fathered two children with
Spears, Sean Preston (born on September 14, 2005) and Jayden James
(born on September 12, 2006).
Federline courted Spears while Shar Jackson was pregnant with his
child. This prompted Shar Jackson to comment that, "it wasn't
like just breaking up a relationship. It was like breaking up a
family."[3]
On November 7, 2006, Spears filed for a divorce,[4] citing
irreconcilable differences. Federline was in Toronto at the time
promoting his new album for the Canadian music station MuchMusic, and
it has been widely speculated that he received the news via text
message the night before. The moment that Kevin received the text
message was caught on camera.[2] The Associated Press reported that a
day after Spears filed divorce papers, Kevin Federline counter-filed
court papers seeking spousal support and sole custody of the
couple’s two children.[5]
The couple's 60-page prenuptial agreement, prepared by Hollywood
attorney Laura Wasser, apparently entitles Federline to $300,000 per
year for half the number of years the couple was married. Under that
formula, Federline will be entitled to $300,000 from Spears, since
they were married two years. Federline will also receive 50% of the
proceeds from the sale of their Malibu home, and will be allowed to
keep any gift received from Spears under $10,000 in value. [3]
On December 4th, 2006 MSNBC reported that Federline is setting up a
home for himself and his sons in the Hollywood Hills. The home
reportedly includes rooms for his two children from the marriage to
Spears, Sean and Jayden. Federline reportedly contracted with
